All fundraising pages and activities are subject to approval at Save Our Sons Duchenne Foundation's discretion. We will let you know whether your application has been approved within a few business days.

• If you're entering an event that Save Our Sons does not already partner with, you'll need to confirm that the event organiser has approved you to fundraise.
• Please do not promote your fundraiser or use the Save Our Sons name, logo, branding or other materials until your fundraising page has been approved.
• Any use of the Save Our Sons name, logo or branding must be approved by us and must comply with any brand guidelines we provide.
• You are responsible for obtaining any permits, licences or approvals required for your fundraising activity, as well as arranging your own insurance and covering all associated costs. Save Our Sons cannot accept responsibility or liability for your fundraising activity or any loss, injury, damage or expense arising from it.
• Fundraising activities must be conducted safely, lawfully and in a manner that does not bring Save Our Sons into disrepute.
• You must not make any claims or representations about Save Our Sons, our programs, services or how donations are used unless the information has been provided or approved by Save Our Sons.
• Funds raised through your approved fundraising page will be transferred directly to Save Our Sons. Donations made through the page will receive an automatic receipt where applicable.
• Funds raised must not be used to cover your personal expenses or the costs of running your fundraiser unless this has been specifically agreed with Save Our Sons in advance.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any fundraising activity complies with applicable laws, regulations and requirements, including any requirements relating to permits, raffles, lotteries, competitions, alcohol, food, public gatherings or other regulated activities.
• Any promotional material, photographs, videos or other content associated with your fundraiser must be appropriate and must not contain content that could reasonably be considered offensive, misleading, defamatory or harmful to Save Our Sons or the Duchenne community.
• Save Our Sons reserves the right to request changes to, suspend or withdraw approval of a fundraising page or activity at any time if we consider it necessary to protect the reputation, interests or integrity of the organisation.
• If your fundraising activity is cancelled or significantly changed, please notify Save Our Sons as soon as possible.
• You agree to direct any enquiries about donations, receipts or the use of the Save Our Sons brand to Save Our Sons where appropriate.
• Please apply at least four weeks before your planned fundraising date so we have sufficient time to review your application, approve your activity and set up your fundraising page.
